Terms & Conditions

1. Cardinal Travel S.L. have the right to accept or refuse any booking.
2. The properties listed here are offered for rental subject to confirmation by Cardinal Travel S.L.
3. Prices are listed on a per night basis or package special offer. Some property prices may vary, implying discounts or increases, depending on seasons and or length of stay. When applicable, these variations are indicated in the property description.
4. A security deposit is required on all rental properties as indemnity against damage, breakage and other applicable charges. This fee is 150 euros and is to be paid with the 50% booking deposit. The security deposit, less any applicable deductions, will be returned to you after confirmation of property condition. Alternatively, credit card details can be taken, reserving Cardinal the right to deduct an amount for any damage, breakage or other applicable charges.
5. Bookings require a deposit payment of 50% of the total rental / package amount. The balance is to be paid in euros when checking into the property.
6. All guests must be registered before arrival.
7. Pets are not allowed without having received previous written permission. If you are bringing a pet, please request permission when making your reservation.
8. If you should wish to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can endeavour to comply, although we cannot guarantee being able to do so. If we are unable to affect the requested change or cancellation, your contractual liability will never exceed the rental / package amount that you have paid to date.
9. In the event that we were obligated by the third party forces beyond our control to impose changes in your booking, you will have the choice of accepting the booking modifications and any corresponding price difference or receiving a 100% refund of monies paid. In all cases, Cardinal Travel S.L. liability is limited to 100% of the amount received from you to date corresponding only to the specific property and operation being affected.
10. You should take occupancy of the property after 3pm and check out of the property before 12 noon on your final day. If necessary, please request modifications to these times in advance so that proper arrangements can be sought.
11. Amenities such as sheets, towels and kitchenware are provided unless otherwise indicated on the property description.
12. The property and furnishings must be treated with care and consideration. You must report any damage or breakage to us prior to check out or inform us immediately if damage is significant or should require emergency repairs. You agree to leave the property clean and tidy on departure.
13. Cardinal Travel S.L. and its associated property owners accept no responsibility for harm, injury or guests personal liability during your stay. We recommend the acquisition of an adequate travel insurance policy.
14. Cardinal Travel S.L. shall not be liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property.
15. NO SHOW. If you cancel less than 21 days before your due date arrival, or do not arrive at all, we will charge your credit card the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
